To deliver your daily personalized workout via email
To send daily workout reminder text messages, if you have opted in to SMS

3. SMS Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number during signup, you are opting in to receive daily SMS workout reminder messages from GLPBod. By providing your number you confirm that:

You are the account holder or have permission to use the number provided
You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages from GLPBod
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email info@glpbod.com.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate GLPBod:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
Klaviyo — email and SMS delivery. Klaviyo Privacy Policy
Netlify — website hosting. Netlify Privacy Policy

Each of these providers is contractually obligated to keep your information secure and use it only to provide services to GLPBod.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you cancel your subscription we will retain your basic account information for up to 12 months in case you choose to resubscribe, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing info@glpbod.com.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send
